Screwdriver for locked hexagonal screws

The fixed screwdriver for locking screws of the X-Porous TTA system allows direct tightening of screws into the plate. Unlike the torque screwdriver U00010035A, the applied torque cannot be measured, and therefore the risk is of excessive tightening, with possible problems when removing the implants. Its use should therefore be restricted to tightening screws with specific problems or, ideally, exclusively for screw removal. In fact, using the torque screwdriver in an anti-clockwise direction is not recommended as it could cause damage to the internal torque self-limiting mechanism.
