Power distractor

The use of the Power distractor for the advancement of the tibial crest is suggested in medium-large breed dogs. Compared to the Standard distractor, the branches are much stiffer, and this allows a smooth and linear advancement. The toothed ends of the branches avoid the shifting of the tibial crest even when the mechanical loads are very high. The better progression of the distraction facilitates the introduction of the wedge, making the procedure easier and quicker.
