Impactor for X-Porous TTA wedges

The impactor for wedges of the instruments set of the X-Porous TTA allows to overcame the problem of the engagement of the wedge in the osteotomy site during its insertion. Thanks to its very graspy surface, the wedge will lay very stable in the insertion site, and it will be immovable in fact. If it will be got engaged during insertion, though, it can be difficult to proceed with its final positioning. The impactor will allow to overwhelm the friction with the bone, making the insertion of the wedge smooth up to its final position.
