Extension for the Lightweight clamp for dynamizable fixator which allows greater flexibility in pin connection as it adapts to any pin position change in relation to the linear element. It also makes it possible to distance the pin plane from the fixator plane in case certain anatomical structures should be avoided or because of the fracture type. It can accomodate pins up to 4 mm diameter. Made of stainless steel.
