Payment terms

Shipping and delivery termes

Delivery terms for the purchased goods may vary according to availability. The delivery is realised (unless differently requested) by courier.

 

Shipping cost contribution

Shipping costs may vary depending on the goods purchased, as well as the requested quantity. Shipping costs will be communicated together with the order confirmation. They represent the charges incurred in sending the goods, without any additional charge.

 

Warranty

All of our products come with a legal warranty. This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear of the goods. The warranty is valid only if any defective material is sent to our office for refund or replacement.

 

Events policy

Events cancellation policy

Any cancellation of participation in the event must be communicated in writing. For the cancellation policy please refer to your confirmation of registration.

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 15 days before the scheduled date, the entire cost of the course will be refunded.

In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show the course will not be reimbursed.

In case of cancellation, there is no refund for travel expenses, including reservations, hotels, etc.
